At Foto Factory Gifts, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions :
- The product received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description.
- The order is cancelled before the mockup or preview is given.
- Refunds are not applicable if the customer does not like the preview/design or simply wants to change the design.
- We allow customers to request one (1) modification to the design or change the photograph only once after the preview has been shared.
- Further modifications beyond this will be chargeable.
- Refund is not applicable for personalized/customized products unless the error is on our end.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please contact us at [your email ID] or WhatsApp us at [your contact number] within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Reason for refund
- Unboxing video and clear photographs of the product (in case of damage/defect)
Refund Timeline
- Minimum time: 2 working days
- Maximum time: 7 working days
Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment or as store credit, as per your preference.
Exceptions
- No refund will be provided if the complaint is raised after 48 hours of delivery.
- In case of delay in delivery due to courier/logistics beyond our control, refund will not be entertained.
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during promotional offers are non-refundable.
